Accident Investigation


Detailed review of current accident investigation policy, procedures & techniques. Provision of training to managerial & supervisory staff in correct accident investigation techniques & development of custom-built policy & forms.  Development of accident/incident database where appropriate.

Ergonomics/Manual Handling

Training of key personnel in ergonomic risk assessment, i.e. task design & ability to uncover existing, poor ergonomic factors. This allows for in-house risk manual handling risk assessment as per regulations.



  • Reduction in ergonomics/manual handling incidents/ claims.
  • In-house ability to eliminate or reduce poor ergonomic design, e.g. awkward lifting of beer barrels in congested areas, inadequate trolleys with poor wheel design.


Continuous Risk
